Domus Services provides corporate services, capital advisory, and real estate investment services, including but not limited to:

• Capital placement and investor introductions

• Real estate brokerage, sales, and leasing
• Due diligence, compliance, and regulatory support

The specific scope, terms, and conditions of any engagement are governed by separate written agreements (such as Placement Agency Agreements, NDAs, or Service Agreements) executed between the parties.

3. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this Website or in any materials provided by Domus Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Domus Services acts solely as a placement agent and corporate service provider.

All investment decisions are made solely by the investor. Prospective investors should conduct their own independent due diligence and consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors before making any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal.

4. Role as Placement Agent

Domus Services acts exclusively as a placement agent — facilitating introductions between qualified investors and vetted project companies. Domus Services:

• Does not manage, hold, custody, or deploy investor capital
• Does not guarantee any investment returns or outcomes
• Does not act as a fiduciary to any party
• Does not provide investment management or portfolio advisory services
• Is not responsible for the performance, solvency, or conduct of any project company or investment

All capital flows directly from investors to project companies' designated accounts. Domus Services does not hold investor funds at any stage.

5. Eligibility

Our capital placement services are available exclusively to professional investors as defined under ADGM regulations — individuals or entities meeting the minimum investment threshold of USD 500,000 or equivalent. By engaging our services as an investor, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable qualification criteria.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

6. Due Diligence and Compliance

Domus Services conducts due diligence on both projects and investors as part of our service offering. All participants in our placement services are required to complete AML/KYC documentation, including but not limited to:

• Professional Investor Declaration
• Source of Wealth Declaration
• Source of Funds Declaration
• Identity verification (passport, national ID)
• Proof of address
• Sanctions and PEP screening

Domus Services reserves the right to decline any engagement, refuse any investor or project, or terminate a relationship at any time if compliance requirements are not met or if any red flags are identified.

7. Fees

Fees for our services are as follows:

• Capital placement: A one-time setup fee plus a placement fee (typically 5–7% of capital placed), payable by the project company upon successful capital deployment
• Corporate services: Fees as quoted in individual service agreements
• Real estate brokerage: Commission as per RERA-approved rates and individual agreements
• Channel partner commissions: As specified in individual Channel Partner Agreements

All fees, rates, and payment terms are agreed upon in writing before any engagement begins. No hidden fees apply beyond what is documented in the relevant agreement.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public information exchanged between Domus Services and its clients, investors, project companies, and channel partners is treated as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations are governed by Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements executed between the parties.

You agree not to disclose any confidential information received through our services to any third party without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Domus Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
